Senate Democrats Leader Gene Davis and House Democrats Leader Brian King laid out their plans to build a better Utah.  The plan centers on three principals:

• Grow careers with sustainable wages, not just entry-level jobs

• Invest in K-12 education in order to increase teacher salaries and reduce classroom sizes

• Provide a healthier Utah by ensuring that everyone has access to clean air, water, and affordable healthcare
