Sen. Pitcher's Fight for Commonsense Utility Moratorium Policies

Heat warnings by the National Weather Service are in effect! Senator Pitcher continues to fight for commonsense, utility moratorium policies to support the wellbeing of all Utahns. She sponsored S.B. 190 in the General Session to ensure Utahns are protected during severe periods of heat. Utility moratorium policies provide a critical backstop for our most vulnerable communities in times of crisis. She continues to advance these important conversations during the Legislature’s monthly interim meetings.
